(6) Makes corrugated assembly easy and saves on shipping costs. Prior to shipping corrugated displays, two piece shelf support clips allow for pre-attachment of "knock-down" sections. Male parts have holes for glue seep through and female parts have snap-lock features. Warning: Parts are designed to be used vertically and are not recommended for horizontal use.

Clip-On Corrugated Shelf Supports

(2) Use to securely support corrugated shelves within displays. The vertical style is for light to medium weight applications and the horizontal style is for heavier applications. The Vertical style has side holes for glue seep through and the horizontal style has tapered teeth that bite into corrugated.

(3) Offers quick and easy installation of corrugated shelves while securely holding shelf in place - no glue required. Simply insert the clip into a corrugated cut-out, slide the insert into place and slip the edge of the shelf over the capture leg - it’s that simple.

1-1/2" wide x 2-1/4" overall length
Single capacity holds 1/8" (B-flute) shelf construction & 1/8" display wall for a total of 1/4"
Double capacity holds doubled thickness 1/8" (B-flute) shelf construction & 1/8" display wall for a total of 3/8"

(3) Angled support tube styled bottom offers more strength for heavier shelves. Easy installation with no glue required. Simply insert the clip into a corrugated cut-out, slide the insert into place and slip the edge of the shelf over the capture leg - it's that simple.

(3) Flexible plastic trim designed to give a beautiful finished appearance to corrugated display edging. Pre-glued, pressure sensitive adhesive within the channel assures a secure fit even around irregularly shaped or rounded edges. Attractively cover unfinished edges while assuring customer safety from possible paper cuts. Quick and easy installation.

Flute Wire

(6) An inexpensive way to form or support corrugated displays, die cuts or headers. Use to keep weaker display sections from bending or breaking over. Add signs above displays or to join two or more displays together. If shipping larger folded signs or scored headers, Flute Wires are a great way to reassemble as rigid.

Packaging Handles

(5) Several packaging handle sizes to choose from for lightweight to heavy applications. All purpose plastic handles for every application. Used widely in box cartons, packaging, electronics and luggage goods. Backer washers (a.k.a. support plates) also offered for added durability.

Ideal for securely joining corrugated pallet drop bins and bulk merchandising displays together. No adhesive required. Heavy duty grip connects panel edges or fits 2" wide slots in corrugated display panels.
