When used in conjunction with our line of instant flag display tubes (sold separately), this base holds signs at 30 degree upward angles. The base without adhesive snaps into standard 1-1/4" shelf price channels and holds securely. The base with adhesive sticks to any clean, flat surface or can be pressed into shelf price channels for extra strength.
