A heavy-duty version of our Pegboard Hook Overlays, converting single-prong hooks into "scan plate" hooks. This heavy-duty style fits our 10" Single Prong All-Wire Pegboard Hooks and our Single Prong Plastic Back Metal Pegboard Hooks (sold separately). Fold the back into a triangular wedge using the tape strip and insert over the hook prongs. Display adhesive labels on the front.
