Versatile "goose neck" securely hangs small signs, tags or promotions. Neck pivots using a built-in thumb screw, rotates 360 degrees, and can be raised or lowered. Round base slips under boxes or product, or sits as a standalone. Metal clip has small teeth powered by a metal spring.
