For use in conjunction with both our Budget Banner Hanger/Stabilizer and our Gripper Budget Banner Hanger/Stabilizer (sold separately). Provides an adjustable hanging point by sliding into the edge of either hanger. Warning: Not recommended for use with barbed cords unless cord is tied directly to the center slot.
